The Auchentoshan Three Wood whisky has proven itself a complex whisky which portrays much of the bourbon and sherry influences of the three wood finishing, perhaps differentiating it from the more standard Auchentoshan whiskies.
It would be wrong of me to review any other whiskey in my first post than this one. Not because it’s the oldest Irish whiskey and not because being the oldest makes it the best. Nor for the claim that it is the oldest because it’s the best.
