Delicate, fragrant and beautifully fresh, this Rosebank layers crisp apple and pineapple with bright citrus, floral honey and soft vanilla. Chamomile, fresh hay and gentle grassy notes bring an unmistakable Lowland elegance, while subtle malt and light spice add depth. Silky and graceful on the palate, it finishes clean with lingering citrus, orchard fruit and delicate florals, capturing the refined character that made Rosebank so admired.

Rosebank 12 Year Old Flora & Fauna is one of the most collectible bottles from the series, largely because Rosebank closed in 1993 and the original whisky behind this release can never be reproduced. Auction evidence shows substantial long term appreciation: bottles that traded around £200 to £250 in the mid 2010s have subsequently moved into roughly the £400 to £500 range, with presentation and condition influencing individual results. That translates to an indicative long term CAGR of around +7%. Unlike Flora & Fauna releases from operating distilleries, the supply of original Rosebank is permanently diminishing as bottles are consumed. Our view: definitely one to keep sealed. The combination of closed distillery provenance, iconic Lowland status and established auction demand gives it considerably stronger investment credentials than most Flora & Fauna bottlings.
