The interesting part is what happens next: the release is sold out, supply is permanently capped and Bimber’s earliest single casks represent a very specific chapter in the young London distillery’s history. Our view: past performance has been disappointing, but with only 285 bottles ever made, this remains a speculative collectible we would keep sealed rather than drink.
