Glen Garioch 9 Year Old Adelphi is a young but scarce single cask release, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2020 from first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead Cask 800024, with only 283 bottles produced. Despite the modest age statement, the combination of heavy sherry maturation, Adelphi provenance and a small fixed outturn gives it more collector interest than a standard Glen Garioch release. I checked for completed auction results for this exact cask, but the secondary market remains too thin to calculate a defensible CAGR rather than relying on retailer asking prices or other Glen Garioch Adelphi casks. Our view: keep it sealed if investment is the objective. The potential is there, but this remains a niche long term collectible rather than a bottle with proven historical appreciation.
