Glenrothes 2007 13 Year Old Adelphi is Cask 10236, matured in a single refill sherry butt and bottled in 2021 with 604 bottles produced. This one does have usable auction evidence. Whisky Hammer recorded £47.50 in March 2024, Just Whisky achieved £69 in August 2024, and another Whisky Hammer sale closed at £60 in July 2025. Using the first and latest comparable auction results gives an indicative CAGR of approximately +19%, although the short 16 month period and £47.50 to £69 to £60 movement show that this should not be treated as an established long term growth rate. Our view: the single cask format, sherry maturation and Adelphi provenance make it worth keeping sealed, but this remains a speculative investment rather than a proven appreciating bottle.
