Clean and delicately aromatic, this Mannochmore brings crisp apple and pear together with lemon zest, honey and soft cereal sweetness. Floral touches and fresh herbs give it an airy character, while white pepper and almond introduce a subtle savoury turn. The finish becomes gently dry with citrus peel, malt and restrained oak, making this a graceful, quietly intriguing example from one of Speyside’s lesser seen distilleries.

Drink | Historical CAGR: approximately −10% | Market outlook: Weak

Mannochmore 12 Year Old Flora & Fauna remains a current release, which significantly limits its investment potential. The auction history reinforces this: a standard bottle achieved £55 in October 2021, £50 in April 2025, then several examples sold for only £27.50 to £32.50 in November 2025. Using £55 in 2021 and £32.50 in 2025 gives an indicative CAGR of approximately −12%, while the broader results suggest roughly −10% is a reasonable long term indication. Meanwhile, new bottles remain readily available at around £52 to £61. Our view: the standard release is clearly one to drink. The important exception is the much rarer first release or white capsule presentation, which can command dramatically higher collector prices and should be assessed separately.
